No Refund Policy for Digital Financial Hub(DFH)
This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the refund of platform fees paid to Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fintm”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by this Policy.
1. Payment
Users of the Platform agree to pay applicable fees as outlined in our fee schedule. These fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by law.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
All platform fees paid to Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fintm”) are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by law. This includes but is limited to:
- Subscription fees (one time)
3. Exceptions
Exceptions to this No Refund Policy may be made at the sole discretion of Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fntm”). In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued, including but not limited to:
- Errors made by Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fntm”) resulting in overcharges
- Violations of our terms of service or policies by Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fntm”)
- Refunds required by law
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, users must submit a written request to Tre-Cred Solutions Private Limited (“Fntm”) support, providing details of the payment, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

13: Conditions of Refund Policy
13.1 Conditions for refund:
(a)Promoter needs to issue atleast 3 credit cards.
(b)One insurance policy needs to be issued (health, general, or life).
(c)A fixed deposit of Rs. 100,000 needs to be book.
(d)10 saving accounts need to be opened.
(e)Personal loan disbursement of Rs. 100,000.
The promoter needs to fulfill any 3 of these conditions in first six month of joining to qualify for the refund/security deposit
